How it works...
Consultation Chat
We’ll begin with a friendly chat (email, video, or phone, whatever’s easiest for you). I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand where your business is now, where you want it to go, and what’s getting in the way. This is your time to share goals, frustrations, ideas, etc and I’ll listen closely.
From there, I’ll suggest what I believe will help most. You’ll get a clear proposal outlining your options, pricing, and what’s included — no pressure, and no mystery. You’ll leave this step feeling understood, with a personalized plan to move forward confidently.
Design + Build
Once we’ve agreed on the plan, I’ll dive into creating your project - whether that’s a new website, updated brand visuals, marketing materials, or better systems. You won’t be left in the dark; we’ll keep in touch with check-ins, drafts, and space for feedback.

Everything I create is built around your real-life needs: user-friendly, on-brand, and easy for you (or your team) to use. I focus on clarity, functionality, and thoughtful design. No fluff, just what works. This phase is collaborative, creative, and surprisingly stress-free, I’ll handle the heavy lifting while you stay in the loop.
Delivery + Support
When everything’s ready, whether that’s a new website, branding kit, content plan, or strategy doc; I’ll make sure it’s delivered clearly and ready for real-life use. You’ll get any walkthroughs, resources, or guidance you need to feel confident moving forward.
For ongoing services, we’ll continue working together on your monthly priorities, with room to adjust as your business grows. Whether it’s a one-time project or long-term partnership, you’ll always know what’s next — and have the support to make it happen!
